Please note the following information regarding booking and stay.
CHECK-IN/OUT
The apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. at the latest.
CANCELLATION
We know from experience that, despite all the joy of a vacation, something unexpected can happen. That's why we recommend taking out travel insurance.
We prefer to accept payment in cash on the day of arrival. The remaining amount can be transferred to our bank account.
PAYMENT
A deposit is required to secure your booking. All further information can be found in your reservation confirmation.

With its mix of sporting activities and oases of peace, Flachau is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Salzburger Land in summer.

As part of the Ski Amadé network, the region offers over 760 kilometers of slopes and modern lifts that provide skiers and snowboarders with the best conditions. Cross-country skiers can do their laps on perfectly groomed trails, and numerous winter hikes and toboggan runs provide additional variety. Flachau is the ideal place for an active winter holiday in the middle of a wonderful snowy landscape.
